CLIENT SIGNATURE. RECEIVER’S SIGNATURE.
INTRODUCTION
- Registration Fee: ₹1000 (non-refundable), payable at the time of registration.
- Service Charge: Equivalent to one month of the maid’s salary.
- Payment Clarity: All payments must be completed as per the schedule to ensure
uninterrupted service. - Refund Policy: If we are unable to provide a replacement within 15 days, 50% of the service charge will be refunded within 30 days.
SECURITY GUIDELINES
1. Bag and Belonging Checks: The client must check the maid’s bags,
purse, or any other belongings before the maid enters and leaves the
home.
2. Document Verification: Housemaidinjaipur.com will provide the candidate’s
documents, including a contract copy, Aadhar card/PAN card, address
proof, and emergency contact details of their relatives.
3. Permission to Leave: The maid is not allowed to leave the client’s house
without prior permission from the client.
4. Police Station Submission: For added security, clients are encouraged to
submit the candidate’s documents to the nearby police station.
5. Privacy of Client Information: Candidate relatives are not allowed to
contact the client directly. For any issues or concerns, the client must
contact Housemaidinjaipur.com directly via the agency’s provided contact numbers.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
1. Replacement Period: Up to 3 free replacements will be provided within a year of the maid’s joining. If the client cancels the contract, no refund will be issued.
2. Replacement Notice: A 15-day notice is required before releasing the maid. The replacement maid’s salary cannot be less than the first maid’s salary.
3. Fair Treatment: Clients must treat the maid fairly, ensuring no harm, overwork, or salary reduction. If the maid leaves due to such issues, no replacement or refund will be provided.
4. Absenteeism: If the maid is absent due to illness or family emergencies but promises to return within 7 days, no replacement will be provided. After 7 days, a replacement can be requested.
5. Refund: If the maid resigns and the invoice is settled, a replacement will be provided. If we cannot replace the maid within 15 days, 50% of the service charge will be refunded within 2 weeks.
HOLIDAYS
In a month only two holidays are allowed. If any reason the candidate wants more holidays requires permission from the client.
All solicitations are subjected to Jaipur Jurisdiction only. When you hire a maid or any other candidate from “housemaidinjaipur” it is understood that you have agreed upon the above-mentioned terms even if you have not signed this document. I read all the above terms & conditions and agreed to the contract.
This contract is valid for 1 year.
